About Me
I am a qualified UKCP and BACP Integrative Psychotherapist and Life Coach with a holistic approach. I offer in-person and online therapy for individuals and couples.
I don’t believe that one size fits all so I work in an integrative way, drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic, Jungian, cognitive behavioural and existential approaches, all underpinned by a Transpersonal framework. I work intuitively and utilise a variety of tools but I also have a very practical approach. I actively support and champion my clients in creating meaningful change.
I felt compelled to train and work as a psychotherapist having gone through a family crisis and early bereavement, where psychotherapy provided me with the much-needed turning point to change my life for the better. As a result, I believe that it is never too late to reclaim your personal power.
In addition to completing a five-year psychotherapy training and qualifying as a psychotherapist, I bring over two decades of experience in the creative industries. I have produced films for organisations including Mind, Kick It Out and Peace One Day, and worked across fiction and non-fiction publishing for Watkins Publishing, Angry Robot and Datura Books. Earlier in my career, I ran a coaching company supporting young people in schools to build confidence and resilience.
